I'm Sabrina from Echt statt perfekt and the name says it all for me. Authenticity is very important to me, as a mother and as a counselor.

I am a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant, breastfeeding consultant, BabyBasic Coach and lecturer at the InfantSteps Academy.

My passion is to support parents in all aspects of life with a baby/toddler. The topic of sleep is particularly important to me. There is so much outdated knowledge circulating here and I would like to educate and enable parents to have realistic expectations of their children. My motto here is: "The only thing that needs to be trained is the parents' expectations."
